| Sifu Richard Wise has been a dedicated Ho Kam Ming Wing Chun Kung Fu Disciple for over 19 years. Sifu Wise is the head instructor of Noi Mun Wing Chun of San Diego. In 1990 he started his journey in Wing Chun under Sifu Rene Ng. To further his understanding of Wing Chun, Sifu Wise has attended Sifu Fong's Instructor Seminars and Si Gong Ho Kam Ming Seminar's. In 2002 Sifu Wise became a Nei Gong student of Taoist Sifu Share K. Lui of the Tao Ahn Pai(Taoist Elixir System). In 2004 to continue his Internal understanding of Wing Chun, Sifu Richard Wise has had the great honor of studying Inner Gate Wing Chun Kung Fu under the guidance of the founder Sifu Randy K .Li as a closed door disciple. Sifu Wise has attained the level of Instructor in the Inner Gate Wing Chun System. Sifu Wise continues to study the Inner Gate Wing Chun System which is the maximization of close range combat and a system that contains high level Qi Gong (Nei Gong) in every movement and motion for wellness and health maintance. Over the last years, under the guidance of Sifu Randy Li (www.wingchunusa.com) of Kansas City, Kansas, Sifu Wise has had the great honor of learning Inner Gate Wing Chun Kung Fu. This application and theory is an add-on system that Sifu Randy Li has found to complement Si Gong Ho Kam Ming system.
